The Client

Zytronic is a global organisation specialising in touch screen manufacturing. It uses a patented technology called Projected Capacitive Technology (PCT) to produce a range of touch interactive displays. Zytronic products are used in a diverse range of industries; their touch screens can be found in electronic displays for information kiosks, ATMs, ticket dispensers, as well as vending and gaming machines. Zytronic’s products are used by major brands, including Coca Cola, Microsoft, Bosch and Siemens.

The Challenge

Zytronic operates in a niche industry and marketplace, where significant capabilities and technologies are required to be able to manufacture the products. Although competition is relatively low in this arena, Zytronic wanted a digital marketing strategy that would ultimately establish the company as an expert in the industry. The companies main objectives were to increase its online visibility, raise awareness of the products it manufactures and further establish brand awareness.

The Solution

Virtuoso worked with Zytronic to develop an integrated digital marketing strategy that would help achieve its objectives across a variety of platforms. Extensive, on-going Search Engine Optimisation is carried out constantly to ensure search engines are finding, indexing and ranking the Zytronic website.

A social media strategy was developed, to ensure Zytronic post relevant and valuable content. The following social media platforms were created and branded to enable Zytronic to engage with its client base and showcase their range of products:

The Result

Since starting work with Zytronic in August 2009 Virtuoso have been able to make a number of dramatic improvements.  Through implementation of the above techniques Virtuoso has recorded the following increases in Zytronic’s key performance indicators;

  • 69.85% increase in number of site visits
  • 72.45% increase in number of unique visitors
  • Page 1 Google listings for targeted key phrases has increased from 3  to 22

With this increased visibility Zytronic have noted a substantial increase in the number of global enquiries resulting in increased sales and higher brand awareness.
